11.00 Select Delivery, choose your own delivery time
When you order something online, nothing is better than having your order delivered at a convenient time for you. That's why companies like Coolblue always allow you to have your package delivered at a time of your choice. We also regularly hear from our buyers that they would like more control over the delivery times of the products they purchase through Royal FloraHolland. In cooperation with these buyers, Royal FloraHolland set to work. The outcome: from now on you can use Select Delivery, or time period delivery. The first time period that becomes available is between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m. for Klokvoorverkoop transactions (for Naaldwijk flowers and for Rijnsburg).

New European rules for transparency on sustainability
New European rules on annual sustainability reporting (CSRD) call for much more transparency on environmental, social and governance issues from large companies. This mainly concerns companies that meet two of the following three criteria, 1) more than 20 million euro balance sheet total, 2) more than 40 million euro turnover and/or 3) more than 250 employees). But even suppliers will then have to start providing reliable sustainability information to the companies that have to comply with these rules. Starting in fiscal year 2025, auditors will start checking whether the reported sustainability information is complete and reliable. All this is aimed at making companies more sustainable and future-proof.
